Service rates vary depending on the scope, size, and complexity of the project. Consultation, however, is free of charge. Please contact us to book an appointment or schedule a meeting thru online channels or a face to face meeting in our office.

Below are typical range of rates for some of our services (subject to change based on agreed terms and conditions).

Designs / Estimate

  • House Design, complete set of drawings with Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications, signed and sealed by registered Engineers (used for permitting/bank loans) Php 60,000 - Php100,000

  • Estimating (Bill of Materials) - Php 15,000 - 30,000

  • Other Design Packages (Retrofit/Commercial) - Starts at Php 40,000

  • Permitting Liaison - Starts at Php15,000

Project and Construction Management

  • Project Management/ Construction Management Consultant Services - As per scope of work.

  • Baseline Development (in a consultant capacity/if not under Construction Management contract) - Starts at Php40,000

  • Labor Supply - per agreed contract

House Construction

In 2021, construction costs significantly increased in the Philippines. On a Lumpsum Turnkey (Labor and Materials) Contract, estimated rates below ** FOR BUDGETARY / ESTIMATING PURPOSES ONLY**


  • Basic / Standard Construction - 25,000 - 32,000 per sqm

Standard Construction of House would include typical foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, standard roofing, wall finishes, standard painting, and standard floor tile finish. For electrical, fixtures will be typical, standard kitchen and sink set up, plumbing and plumbing fixtures. Standard doors and windows. Standard ceiling. Standard woodworks/cabinetry

  • Intermediate Construction - 32,000 - 42,000 per sqm

Standard Construction of single detached homes or intermediate residence with executive finish. with added features, including long-span roofing, wall cladding, wooden stair steps (if applicable), drop ceiling, solid wooden doors, bigger windows with Analok or aluminum framing / reflective features, fully tiled toilets, granite kitchen sinks, embedded light fixtures, customized lighting on ceiling, more elaborate cabinetry, exhaust ducting system

  • High-End Construction - starts at 42,000 per sqm.

Intermediate Construction with added features, including specialty rooms (e.g. home theatre with enhanced acoustics), non-standard toilet fixtures such as specialty tubs / jacuzzi, wood parquet flooring, terracotta tile-span roofing, more prominent cladding (stone and woodworks) for accent walls, fine finish cabinetry, double coated granite tiling, and other non-standard elements.
